Currently, he leads the Business Development Team at Dodo Pizza, a modern delivery-oriented pizza brand, with his focus on the international growth of the franchise in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Renat is a graduate of Bashkir State University and has had stints with top audit firms such as KPMG Russia before joining his current role.

Renat's experience in the energy sector as a senior economist at JSC "Bashkirian Power Grid Company" and a project manager at SYNTERA has helped him develop a strong acumen in strategic planning, process optimization, and resource management. Having also worked at ROSFIRE Group as a project manager and KPMG Russia as an auditor, he has extensive knowledge in financial analysis, auditing, and risk management.

As the International Business Development Manager at Dodo Pizza, Renat has played an instrumental role in the franchise's expansion into new markets, including Romania, China, the United States, the UK, Lithuania, Estonia, Slovenia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
