Izwan Ismail is a digital and design leader with over 10 years of experience. He has worked with startups, scaleups, and corporations and has advised a government on building startup ecosystems. Izwan is passionate about tying together the user's need, technology's feasibility, and business viability to achieve digital evolution's success.

He co-founded VLT Labs, a venture builder that builds, launches and invests in startups across Southeast Asia, Australia, and Europe. His venture builder merged with McKinsey & Company in 2017, where he became an Expert Associate Partner and led the design for Digital Labs in Southeast Asia.

Izwan has experience delivering solutions across various sectors, including education, banking, insurance, energy, and oil & gas industries. He has also held several positions in organizations such as Director, Head of Design - Transforming Customer Journey at CIMB, Deputy President 1 at Technopreneurs Association of Malaysia (TeAM), and Council Member at Technopreneurs Association of Malaysia (TeAM).

Izwan's educational background includes a Post-Grad in Industrial Design and a Bachelor's in Industrial Design from Queensland University of Technology. He also studied General Engineering at the American Degree Program at HELP University.
