Barrett Williams is an accomplished product marketing lead with a diverse background in electronics engineering and business development. Barrett earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and International Studies from Yale University, followed by post baccalaureate studies in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University. He started his career at KPF where he gained experience in 3D modeling, then moved on to Calicom, where he held multiple positions including PM, HW Engineer, Unity prototyper, and BD. Soon after, he became the Chief Technology Officer at Tutonic, followed by Product Manager Hardware and HW Lead at META, and then Technical Marketing Manager, Jetson/Tegra Embedded at NVIDIA. More recently, Barrett worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Google and currently serves as the Product Marketing Lead at SigOpt.
Barrett has developed an extensive skillset in hardware and software engineering, product marketing, business development, and team management. As the CTO at Tutonic, he developed a cloud-based data management platform, which allowed for custom data manipulation and processing. Also, as a Product Manager at META, he developed augmented reality (AR) hardware systems for industrial use. He is proficient in coding firmware, designing PCB schematics, and managing teams of engineers. He also excels in problem-solving and is detail-oriented while being able to keep sight of the bigger picture. In summary, Barrett is a versatile technologist and business leader with a passion for creating innovative products that shape the future of various industries.
