Derek Avery is an experienced real estate developer with a strong background in negotiation, operations management, analytical skills, coaching, and sales. He graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Entrepreneurship, and has since worked in various roles in the real estate industry, including Director of Landlord Engagement at Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance and Real Estate and Community Developer at COIR HOLDINGS, LLC. Derek has also held positions in business development, property tax consulting, and logistics analysis.

Derek is skilled in community and social services and has a demonstrated history of developing and implementing housing initiatives.
