Christelle Carito is a skilled professional in the financial services industry with international experience in non-profit and for-profit organizations. Over the last eight years, she has honed her expertise in strategy, operations management, process improvement, project management, fundraising, financial management, and cross-departmental collaboration. Being a native Portuguese and Spanish speaker, Christelle has a deep understanding of diverse cultures, and she is passionate about finding creative approaches to solving social-economic challenges. She has graduated from Northeastern University with a focus on International Relations and Business.

Christelle's career spans across various organizations, where she has developed and used her skills to create a positive impact on society. Currently, she works as an Institutional Partnerships Manager at Accion, where she manages relationships with institutions to drive financial inclusion. Before that, she worked as Global SDG Talent (with a focus on Good Health & Well-being) at UNLEASH - Innovation lab for SDGs, and as a Financial Analyst at Accion and Aymura Strategic Capital. She has also been an Accounts Payable at FourWinds Capital Management.
