C Thomas Richardson is a capital markets and trading expert with over 25 years of experience. With a focus on new product development in Fixed Income, he is the current Head of Electronic Trading Services across all asset classes. His unique skill set includes cross-asset electronic trading, strategic investments, deal negotiation, and business operation. C Thomas Richardson is also involved in numerous businesses and has bought, sold, and invested in various businesses over the past 15 years. With fifteen years of trading experience, he was appointed as Managing Director and business head of market making groups and risk while at Citigroup.

C Thomas Richardson has significant experience in the board room of privately held companies and currently sits on eight boards as either a director or observer. Over the past 15 years, he has contributed significantly to the board of the trading community and held various positions, including Chairman of Citigroup Best Execution Committee, Chairman of NASDAQ Quality of Markets Committee, Member of NYSE Market Performance Committee, Member of SIFMA Trading Committee, among others. Besides, he launched several new markets and alternative trading systems.

C Thomas Richardson studied BS in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Richmond and Robins School of Business, respectively. He has had a diverse professional career, with past positions that include Managing Director at Wells Fargo, Global Head of Transaction Services at NYFIX Inc, President at Boston Stock Exchange, Director, Head Trader-Nasdaq at Citi, among others.
