C. Ja'net Chappelle, ABD, MPA, CNP, CID

C. Ja'net Chappelle is an experienced leader in organizational development with a strong vision for creating thriving businesses among underserved groups that address social issues with ethical and equitable practices. With a background in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, Chappelle founded Wisdom Counselors Enterprise LLC (WCE) to provide human resources and operations management services through Wisdom Counselors (WC) LLC, and affordable business services through the non-profit virtual incubator, WC Learning Institute (WCLI).

Chappelle has approximately 25 years of experience in organizational development, holds a Bachelors in History from Xavier University, a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from North Carolina Central University, a certification in nonprofit management from Duke University, and is concluding her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Instructional Design & Technology at Liberty University. She is also currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Development at Grand Canyon University.

Chappelle has held several positions in higher education, including Curriculum Developer & Trainer at Richland College Workforce at Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD), and Adjunct Professor at Eastfield College and Cedar Valley College (DCCCD) and at Paul Quinn College. She has also served on the Board of Directors at The Kidney Coaching Foundation, Inc, and worked as an Administrative Support Associate and Manager at North Carolina Central University, and as the Director/Instructor at Philadelphia Ministries, Inc.
