Butch Trusty has held various roles at reputable organizations, including being a Partner, Principal, and Manager at The Bridgespan Group, as well as serving as the Founder and Principal of GreyBear Advisors.

He also has experience as a Managing Partner at Education Cities, a Program Director at The Joyce Foundation, and has been involved in roles at organizations such as The Thomas B. Fordham Foundation, Alliance for Excellent Education, EdisonLearning, and UniTeller Financial Services.
