I was hired as Executive Vice President to transform internal communications infrastructure for an integrated digital marketing and technology agency generating $175 million in annual revenue, serving clients such as Toyota, Nestle & Anheuser Busch. In this capacity, I directed client operations, working to improve collaboration and performance across 875-person digital agency.

•	Managed 120-member Client Partnerships division working across nine offices nationwide, optimizing performance of high-performing accounts.

While working as a Chief Marketing Officer with HealthSparq, I managed marketing efforts for the subsidiary of a healthcare company serving millions of members each year, with revenue growing by over 500%. I successfully drove 1,100% revenue growth within a three-year-period, establishing high-performing teams of marketing and sales specialists who surpassed lead targets by 20%.

I established call centers which fielded 200,000+ live chats each year, improving customer support and generating 40% of center leads while reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Highlights:
•	Allocated budgets of up to $17 million, growing lead volume by 70% and achieving 10:1 ROI by optimizing affiliate marketing, SEO, website conversions, paid search and display ads.
•	Developed supportive online communities of parents and educators, consistently building trust which led to more than 200,000 followers across Facebook and Twitter platforms.

KinderCare Education

VP Marketing - Knowledge Universe

I devised digital marketing strategies and on-brand experiences across all customer touchpoints, impacting seven hotel brands and 900 locations worldwide. Additionally, I led the rebrand of customer-facing websites which led to more than $2 billion in booking revenue.

•	Oversaw all aspects of marketing for multinational loyalty program with $40 million budget, introducing new member acquisition and reactivation strategies which substantially increased customer retention, brand loyalty and lifetime revenue. 
•	Directly managed marketing professionals across multiple hospitality agencies, launching successful programs which generated front-page media coverage and industry awards.

During my tenure as an Account Director, I worked to enhance the performance of client campaigns for an iconic digital marketing agency serving leading multinational entities such as Coca-Cola, Cadillac, Alfa Romeo and Porsche. I devised interactive marketing strategies with budgets of up to $7 million, incorporating paid search, display advertising, search engine marketing, audience retargeting and segmentation methods. In this capacity, I trained and supervised specialized team of account managers and marketing specialists, reporting directly to the agency president.
