Donna Segal is a highly experienced technology, software and healthcare executive with a proven track record of over 20 years in management, finance, accounting, FP&A, M&A, strategy, IT, administration, manufacturing and investor relations. Her impressive record includes completing three transactions in the past four years, including the 2011 IPO for Epocrates, the 2013 $190M sale of Net Optics, and the 2015 $635M sale of OpenDNS to Cisco. Segal's extensive expertise has provided significant international experience, stationed in both Canada and Ireland to ensure financial compliance for over 50 countries in NA, Europe, Asia, Africa and Latam. She has built two shared service centers in NA & EMEA, and has executive championed for the launch of a SaaS product. Her career includes serving as CFO at CrowdStrike, CFO at OpenDNS, CFO at Net Optics, SVP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, Interim CFO at Epocrates, Head of Finance, Director of Finance at Adteractive, Senior Director of Enterprise Revenue at Symantec, European GM at Amdocs, Canadian Group Controller at U.S. Filter, and Senior Staff Accountant at EY. Segal studied at McGill University, where she honed her expertise and learned the skills necessary to drive successful M&A activity, implement ERP system conversions, and design and implement a dual track roadshow.
