Bülent Duagi is a Romanian professional who has built a remarkable career with over a decade of experience as a Strategy & Organization Adviser, Business Growth consultant, Product Manager, and HR specialist in the tech industry. Bülent's educational background is in Mathematics and Computer Science, and he holds a degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, and Artificial Intelligence from Universitatea Politehnica din București. With his multidisciplinary experience in strategy, organizational effectiveness, applied systems thinking, behavioral science, cross-functional collaboration, team effectiveness, org design & development, change leadership & management, Bülent helps tech companies become more effective in achieving their desired purpose and outcomes.

Bülent began his career with a curiosity for AI and game design and started working as a People professional contributing to the growth of the organization from 150 to 300 people. He then switched his focus to become a Product professional and grew inside one of the few local Product companies in Tech, providing Product consulting for startups and Tech organizations. Through his projects, Bülent noticed that value creation is highly dependent on how well the organization functions, how well the different sub-systems of the organization interact to create and deliver value to customers. Building on this observation, Bülent niched himself as a Strategy & Organization Advisor, helping Tech companies become more effective.
