Buck Jordan
Buck Jordan is a well-rounded futurist, investor, and entrepreneur with a diverse background that spans multiple industries. Jordan studied Political Science at Indiana University Bloomington before pursuing an MBA in Finance at the University of California, Los Angeles - The Anderson School of Management. He started his career as a Captain and Pilot in the California Army National Guard and later transitioned to the private sector as a Private Equity Intern at Pegasus Capital Group. Jordan's experience also includes being a Legislative Analyst for Senator Arlen Specter and serving as an Operations Manager at Los Alamitos Army Airfield.
Jordan is widely known as a CoFounder and CEO of Miso Robotics, a startup that builds robots for commercial kitchens. Prior to Miso Robotics, Jordan co-founded and led both Canyon Creek Capital and Wavemaker Labs, where he was a Managing Partner. Jordan is a former Partner at Wavemaker Partners and, before that, he was a summer associate at Platinum Equity.
Jordan also served as a Board Member at Westside Children's Center, volunteered as a Business Consultant, PMP at BearingPoint, and started his career as a Captain and Pilot in the California Army National Guard.
