Robert C. Bell

Robert C. Bell is a well-rounded professional currently spearheading the $30M+ Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Program at CHI St. Luke's Health, overseeing various aspects such as implementation, technical build, education, evidence collection, audit response, and validation for both inpatient and outpatient MU.

Robert's expertise spans across multiple industries including aerospace, environmental engineering, and computer systems/networking. Notably, at NASA JSC, he provided engineering and project management support for the James Webb Space Telescope project, from bid to day-to-day operations.

His educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Informatics from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, as well as studies in Biosystems Engineering, Environmental Engineering & Natural Resources at Michigan State University, and Engineering and Renewable Resources at the University of New South Wales.
