Brynn Plummer is dedicated to promoting inclusive entrepreneurship and economic development in Nashville to create a thriving environment for all community members.
She offers support and resources for startup founders who identify as women, LGBTQ+, people of color, veterans, disabled individuals, immigrants, or students, connecting them with the necessary tools for success.
Brynn Plummer holds a Master's degree in Education from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor's degree in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University.
Her professional experience includes serving as the Vice President of Inclusion & Community Relations at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and holding leadership roles at Teach For America where she focused on alumni engagement, diversity, recruitment, and community building.
Prior to her current roles, she taught Sixth Grade Humanities at Metro Nashville Public Schools.
Brynn Plummer seeks to facilitate opportunities for investment and support for companies led by women founders or founders of color, furthering her commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the entrepreneurial landscape.
