Brylan Donaldson

Brylan Donaldson is a dynamic individual known for his ability to catalyze big thinking and meaningful action. With a diverse skill set, he inspires and empowers founders, overseeing programs and engaging with communities to support student founders. He brings a wealth of experience from the startup world, from leading growth initiatives at Blavity to establishing revenue streams at Affirm and building Seventh Ave into a startup focused on the creator economy.

Brylan pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analytics at The University of Kansas, honing his analytical skills and business acumen.

Throughout his career, Brylan Donaldson has held various key roles in notable organizations. He served as a Venture Scout and Data Scientist at Serac Ventures, Associate Director at The Garage at Northwestern, Co-Founder & CEO of Seventh Ave, Inc., Strategic Fashion Partnerships at Affirm, Inc., Head of Operations at BAR Digital, Product Manager at Blavity Inc., and has interned at companies like Bleacher Report and JoyRun, Inc. He also held leadership positions at The University of Kansas as Black Student Union Treasurer and Entrepreneurship Club President.
