• Responsible for drafting, negotiating, and presenting contracts, investment memorandums, pitch books, and compliance materials in connection with numerous venture capital investments, with a
typical average investment of $1 million.

• Provided quantitative and qualitative analysis of various hedge and private equity fund seeding efforts, through the creation and use of advanced financial models (valuation models, accretion dilution analysis, leveraged buy-out models), and Monte Carlo simulation based risk sensitivity models (@Risk).
