During his tenure at Novartis, Bryant Aaron held multiple significant roles including Head of Legal in the AMAC Region, Global Head of Litigation, Global Head of Legal Specialty Care, Vice President & Associate General Counsel, and Head of Legal in the Region of Europe.

Before joining Novartis, he worked as a Partner and Associate at St. John & Wayne, as well as an Associate at Pitney Hardin LLP.
