Bryan Spence is an agile strategic thought leader and business partner with ten years of professional experience. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, Bryan has built and managed teams, created and driven cross-functional collaborative talent acquisition initiatives based on data analysis, and served as a trusted Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) diversity consultant.

Bryan's expertise is evident in his ability to optimize financial budgets and mitigate risk while influencing others. He has partnered with C-Suite Executives, Vice Presidents, HR leaders, and University Faculty, Staff, and Students to challenge and expand the perception of what is possible when opportunity meets talent in impactful ways. His passion for empowering others, removing barriers, and career development at every level has led him to be successful in various roles at Microsoft, including Lead HBCU Diversity Recruiter, Technical Consulting & Client Success Sourcing Lead, and Digital Sourcing Recruiter.

Before joining Microsoft, Bryan was the Chief Executive Officer at Be Squared and held various positions at GEICO, including Regional College Recruiter, E-Recruiter, Licensed Insurance Supervisor, and Management Development Program. Additionally, he has experience as a Graduate Assistant and Teacher's Assistant at East Carolina University, a Student Ambassador at Thurgood Marshall College Fund, an Intern at Southampton Youth Association, and a Front Manager at Caribbean Cuisine.
