Bryan Mackillop is a seasoned law enforcement professional with a rich history in the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), joining the organization back in 1998.
Throughout his career, Bryan has held various key roles within the OPP, including serving as the Acting Detachment Commander in Marathon, Operations Manager in Kenora, and Inspector/Commander in Hawkesbury Detachment.
His dedication and expertise led him to take on significant responsibilities such as Manager of Uniform Recruitment and Executive Officer to the Commissioner within the OPP.
In 2017, Bryan's contributions were recognized with a promotion to Superintendent/Director, leading the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau and overseeing intricate criminal investigations and projects across the province.
Currently, Bryan Mackillop holds the prestigious position of Chief Superintendent/Commander for the OPP's North West Region, where he leads the provision of efficient and respectful policing services in a vast and diverse area.
