As we onboard RIA teams to our platform we manage the conversion from Identity and End User Experience to Infrastructure and Business Applications.  Once onboarded, I continue to support these businesses through the oversight of the IT Technical Service and Technology Procurement functions.

Additionally, I oversee our technology mergers and acquisitions function driving technology due diligence and post-merger integration across all technology domains.

Managed a 30-person cross-functional team. Developed executive reporting dashboards to guide data driven decision making.

Recruited to establish and sustain portfolio management services and processes to strengthen technology group efforts. Built a 7-member team from the ground up. Forged relationships across the organization and with executive leaders to drive cross-functional strategic planning and fully integrate portfolio management practices into overall business operations.

Oversaw multimillion-dollar technology projects (from conceptualization and design to implementation) for federal and state government, commercial health plan, and pharmacy benefits clients. Built consultative relationships with executives and senior management at client organizations to develop, steer, and optimize technology system strategies.

Engineered Java-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) application. Designed and developed multiple feature enhancements and customized Adobe LiveCycle forms authoring tool for integration into ERP platform. Liaised with clients to resolve technical and product adoption issues.
