Bryan Dalessandro is an experienced creative problem solver, a brand specialist, and an entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience in the advertising industry. Over the course of his career, he has worked on award-winning campaigns for several multinational brands, including Unilever, J&J, Pepsi, and Lowe's, among others. With an entrepreneurial mindset, Bryan approaches his work with resourcefulness, focus, and calmness under pressure. He is particularly skilled at building and managing creative teams from the concept stage through to execution, bringing out the best in people through collaboration.
Bryan has led innovative, integrated campaigns across different sectors, using digital, traditional, experiential, and experimental mediums. He has worked in so many categories and creative agencies like 360i, MRY, Mcgarry Bowen, McCann, among others. In 2010, he established The Humans, a creative agency for conscious brands where he serves as a "Brand Sherpa." Through various branding development and strategic and creative coaching services, Bryan helps business owners and thought leaders to communicate their purpose and create a more meaningful connection with their audience.
In 2012, Bryan co-founded United Purpose, a diverse community of 1500+ high caliber individuals committed to improving the world around us. Together, they designed and produced over 50 experiential learning events, partnering with several companies such as Christie's, Foursquare, Museum Hack, and Redbull. Aside from being a passionate life-long learner, Bryan practices Aikido, meditation, Reiki, and teaches Vinyasa yoga at Atmananda NY.
