Bruno Souza

Bruno Souza is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of experience in a variety of technology projects, including large-scale systems, web systems, mobile applications, and corporate architecture, in addition to leading high-performance technology teams.

He spent 7 years working on critical banking applications for Stefanini IT Solutions and Sicoob Confederation, where he developed the cash system, the online debit card system, and managed the banking transaction server for Sicoob Confederation.

Bruno holds a technical degree in software analysis and development from Instituto Unibratec, a bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Santa Catarina.

In 2008, he founded iDevelop, a software factory focused on agile development, where he developed systems for prominent companies such as Odebrecht, DETRAN, Walmart, SENAI, SEBRAE, Sicoob, among others. Under his leadership, iDevelop won the prestigious award for the best mobile application in the world at the Mobile Premier Awards 2013 in Barcelona.

Bruno also established Pinmypet, a startup that was accelerated by 500 Startups in Silicon Valley, securing international investments and eventually receiving funding from Criatec 2 in Brazil.

As the founder of Leegol.com, an online mediation platform for Reclame Aqui, Bruno oversaw its growth to become the largest mediation platform in Brazil and served as the Chief Product Officer (CPO).

He served as the CEO of Acceleratus, a startup and portfolio manager for the group's companies, and as the Chief Technology Officer for a blockchain company based in Dubai, managing permissioned blockchain projects for the Dubai government.

Additionally, as a founding partner of 2signer, a startup specializing in electronic document signatures with blockchain registration meeting ICP-Brasil standards, Bruno has extensive experience in company management, team leadership, software development, financial management, and administrative oversight.

Bruno has a strong track record of attracting angel investments and venture capital funding for his ventures in Brazil and Silicon Valley, driven by his passion for technology and entrepreneurship, focusing on scalable products with global reach.
