Bruce Wylie

Bruce Wylie is the Principal of the sub-Saharan African office of South Pole with a strong background in finance and experience as a financial statement auditor in the transport and energy industry.

Before joining South Pole, Bruce managed an energy switch project in Mozambique that qualified as a CDM project, giving him valuable insights into project development challenges.

At South Pole, Bruce is in charge of business development in Africa and overseeing the carbon development cycle of CDM and voluntary emission reduction projects in the region.

Bruce's expertise includes CDM and Voluntary Carbon Cycles, Emission Reduction Purchase Agreements, Financial Modeling, Auditing, and Consulting.

He has a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance from the University of Cape Town and studied various subjects at St Stithians Boys' College.

Bruce has also worked at Gigajoule and as a Financial Statement Auditor at Deloitte, bringing a wealth of experience to his current role.
