Bruce Rowles has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment field, working across various industries. A Bachelor of Science degree holder from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, he currently works as the Regional Recruiting Manager - Engineering - for Experis Engineering. In his role, he recruits for all Engineering Opportunities, overseeing the Eastern USA in contracts ranging from Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Hire. The firm has a presence in nine different cities throughout the country, including Chicago, Houston, and Orlando.

Throughout his career, Bruce has been involved in various recruitment roles, including Regional Recruiting Lead, Lead Engineering Recruiter, and Senior Recruiter for Manpower, a global staffing corporation. He has also worked as a recruiter for both Pillar Technology and Dawson Resources, recruiting the top talent in the field.
