Bruce McGinn

Bruce McGinn is a highly experienced transactional lawyer with 16 years of expertise in M&A, private equity, and venture capital investments, as well as joint ventures and general corporate affairs. Holding dual qualifications as an English Solicitor and Swedish Advokat, Bruce has focused his practice on deals in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark over the past decade.

Currently serving as the Head of Legal and General Counsel at Brighter AB, a Nasdaq listed medical technology developer specializing in diabetes management solutions, Bruce is involved in product rollout and innovative sales strategies in diabetes markets across GCC, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. He sits on the management board and reports directly to the CEO and board.

Bruce's previous roles include Senior Underwriter at AIG Europe, where he specialized in M&A Transactional Risk Insurance, collaborating with deal-makers in the Nordics to enhance the market. Leveraging his insurance experience, he now provides valuable advice to buyers and sellers on utilizing insurance solutions effectively in M&A transactions.
