Bruce Gadbois, CEM, is a seasoned senior leader with extensive experience in developing and delivering training and exercises for public safety professionals.
With a background in risk and emergency management, law enforcement, and security services, Bruce specializes in threat assessment and management, antiterrorism, and critical infrastructure protection.
Bruce holds professional certifications including Certified Emergency Manager® (IAEM) and has served as a credentialed EOC Operations Chief at California's State Operations Center.
His educational background includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Humanities from CSU Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Service Management from the University of Redlands.
Bruce has held key positions such as Chief, Training Operations, and Chief, Hazardous Materials Training Programs at the State of California's Governor's Office of Emergency Services.
He also has experience as an Emergency Management Coordinator/Instructor and Manager of Security and Emergency Preparedness at various organizations, including the Orange County Transportation Authority.
Prior to his roles in emergency management, Bruce served as the Director of Public Safety at the University of Redlands.
