Bruce W. Day is a director at Crowe & Dunlevy law firm, with a national legal practice focused on corporate, securities, and employment law. He brings extensive experience from his time as an enforcement attorney at the SEC in Washington, D.C. and as the youngest Administrator at the Oklahoma Department of Securities during David Boren's tenure as Governor.
