A primary objective is to shrink the inactivity gap between wealthy and less advantaged members of society by making pickleball more accessible to lower income families.

• Sokorro: Researched and created SEO, PPC advertising, Public Relations campaign strategy for launching Bitcoin Mining Real Estate Development Company.  Helped negotiate vendor terms and contributed in C-Suite level sales and business development meetings and strategies.

• Schnurr Inc:  Implemented new operations process that resulted in capturing $80K in extra revenue on one project. The process increased cash flow, ensured target profitability margins and saved 15+ hours/week for one office admin staff member. We equipped field workers with tablets and online forms connected to an internal Airtable database where the proper backup data and documentation could be easily captured, transmitted, retrieved and then communicated to contractors when submitting change order invoices. • Trident Hospitality Management: Researched and implemented structured alcohol inventory systems at 6 different bar and nightclub properties. Identified “leakage” or loss in inventory, deterred future “leakage”, and presented opportunities for cost savings.  Reported directly to Director of Operations to identify problems with pour costs, irregularities, and create a system for management accountability.  Wrote the process documentation for future execution of inventory tasks

• Trident Hospitality Management: Created automated digital KPI dashboard using Grow software for management to quickly access key reports and critical business information without lengthy meetings.  Patched together disparate reporting data into easy to read format for key stakeholders.  Created automated Manager Daily Reports process using forms, Zapier, Twilio, and Airtable so management could efficiently get thorough reporting of sales volume, HR issues, or incidents at 6 different properties.
