Brooke Vuckovic

Brooke Vuckovic is a Clinical Professor of Leadership at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.123 She teaches on a wide variety of leadership topics, including Moral Complexity in Leadership.23 In 2021, she received Kellogg's L.G. Lavengood Professor of the Year award.3 She has also received the Faculty Impact Award multiple times for her contributions in the classroom.23

In addition to teaching, Brooke is an executive coach who provides personalized support to top-level executives.123 Her coaching focuses on helping leaders define their purpose and presence, enabling them to be more focused, clear, and less reactive.12

Brooke's multidisciplinary background informs her teaching and coaching.12 She holds an MA and a PhD from the University of Chicago's Divinity School.1 She also taught in the Business Communications program at the Booth School of Business.12 Her research centered around how storytelling helps individuals define themselves and their values, a theme she incorporates into her leadership teachings.12 Before coaching, Brooke held executive positions at Cardean University/Unext.1

Brooke is also the Academic Director for “Leading the Family Enterprise” and the faculty director of coaching for Zell Fellows, Kellogg’s venture accelerator program.23
