Brooke Heim

Brooke Heim is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the world of business. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Heim started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley before moving onto the role of Investment Associate at Centerbridge Partners. She then joined Bain & Company as a Summer Associate before working her way up to the position of Case Team Leader. She also served as the Senior Manager and Director of Recruiting Marketing before transitioning to her current position as Senior Director of Recruiting at Bain & Company.

In her current role, Heim is responsible for overseeing recruiting efforts and working closely with candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her leadership skills, dedication, and ability to create innovative solutions.
