Brooke Chlebowski
Transition Special Education Teacher at Old Bridge High School
Brooke Chlebowski is a highly motivated and ambitious new educator with a passion for promoting self-advocacy skills and vocational opportunities for transition-aged special education students. Having studied both Special Education/iSTEM for her Bachelor of Science and Special Education and Teaching for her Master of Arts at The College of New Jersey with a 3.956 GPA, Brooke is well-equipped with a solid academic background. She has taken on several leadership roles, including having been the Executive President of Student Government, an Orientation Leader at Office of Student Transitions, and a former College Ambassador at Office of Undergraduate Admissions, to name a few.
Brooke is also an integrated member of her community, formerly serving as a Supervisor at Camp Robin and a Group Leader. She also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the Seven Year Medical Program as well as a Community Advisor for Residential Education and Housing. Her vast experiences have equipped her with the skills and expertise to implement strategic accommodations and universally inclusive environments that can meet the needs of all people. Brooke is a gifted teacher, and she applies her knowledge through her role as Transition Special Education Teacher at Old Bridge High School.
