Brook Eddy

Brook Eddy is the Founder and CEO of Bhakti Chai, a company renowned for its award-winning chai and innovative iced tea beverages. She launched Bhakti Chai after being inspired by her travels in India, where she embraced the principles of "Bhakti," meaning devotion. This experience led her to create a fresh-pressed ginger chai concentrate that has become a staple in many cafes and retailers across the United States.12

Eddy has a strong commitment to social change and sustainability, which is reflected in Bhakti Chai's status as a certified B Corporation. The company focuses on using organic and fair trade ingredients, and it actively supports women and girls globally through its GITA Giving platform.14

In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Brook Eddy is also an author. She recently published her debut book, STEEPED: Adventures of a Tea Entrepreneur, which chronicles her journey in building Bhakti Chai and the personal challenges she faced along the way.13 Eddy holds a graduate degree from the University of Michigan and has been recognized as a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year award by Entrepreneur Magazine.1 She resides in Boulder, Colorado, and is a mother of twins.1
