Brittany Ramsey

Brittany Ramsey is currently the Head of People & Culture at Her Campus Media, where she focuses on enhancing workplace culture and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Before this role, she spent five years at L'Oréal, where she held multiple positions, including Director of University Relations and Partnerships. In her time there, she was instrumental in developing recruitment strategies and fostering DEI partnerships, particularly with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) .12

In addition to her corporate roles, Brittany is a career coach and has established her own coaching business, BWell Mindset Coaching.
