Brittany Herbert

Brittany Herbert is an Experienced Associate specializing in litigating complex commercial disputes, with a background as a law clerk in the U.S. District Courts of the Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana.

She holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Asian History from Spelman College.

In addition to her legal expertise, Brittany has a service-oriented background, having worked as an early childhood educator and volunteered with various non-profit organizations.

She is currently working as an Associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and has previously held positions at Krevolin & Horst, LLC, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, and the U.S. District Court of the E.D. of Louisiana.

Furthermore, Brittany has diverse experience including roles as a Judicial Law Clerk, Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office, Student Attorney at Michigan Law Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic, and Family Law Intern at Cabrini Green Legal Aid.

Her passion for education led her to Teach for America and she was also a Fulbright ETA Grantee at the Fulbright Association.
