Brittanie Maxwell

Brittanie Hesper Maxwell is a highly accomplished individual with a strong academic background and diverse professional experience.

She pursued her undergraduate studies at Harvard College, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Comparative Literature with a focus on Italian and Portuguese, alongside a Government Secondary and Italian Citation.

Building on her academic foundation, Brittanie further enhanced her skills by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with concentrations in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, she completed the CORe program, a Credential of Readiness, at HBX - Harvard Business School.

Currently, Brittanie is pursuing her MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, aiming to further develop her expertise in the business world.

Prior to this, she held various positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, starting as a Consultant (Level I), progressing to Senior Consultant (Level II), and ultimately becoming an Associate (Level III).

Brittanie also contributed her skills and knowledge as an Office of Public Affairs Intern at the U.S. Department of State and gained insights into the world of finance as a Loans and Grants Summer Intern at Northwest Minnesota Foundation.

Moreover, she has demonstrated her leadership and management abilities while working as a Senior Manager and Shift Manager at Harvard University Hospitality and Dining Services, overseeing operations at Lamont Cafe and Barker Cafe.
