Britta Cabanos, a trailblazer in the fashion industry for over 30 years, is renowned for her leadership and innovative contributions. She is the Founder and Director of Inside Fashion Design & The Conscious Fashion Design Academy, dedicated to empowering apparel designers globally.

Establishing Inside Fashion Design (IFD) in 2017 as a hub for the design industry, Britta offers tools, education, and development opportunities to foster personal growth and advocate for conscious design practices. IFD has flourished under her guidance, creating a community platform for industry professionals to connect and collaborate.

With a diverse skill set including creative direction, community building, style development, and event production, Britta curates valuable content, nurtures talent, and builds industry relationships. Her focus on promoting ethical and innovative designers highlights her commitment to fostering positive change in fashion.

Britta holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Textiles from North Dakota State University and an Associate's Degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She is currently based in Portland, Oregon, leading initiatives that drive fashion innovation and sustainability globally.
