Britney Schielack is a highly experienced professional with a passion for youth development. Her background includes seven years of experience as the owner/operator of a 900-bed student housing company and construction firm, where she gained valuable experience in community management, hiring students, and working with youth. Britney exited the management industry in 2018 to focus full-time on her start-up, The PlatForum, which focuses on empowering youth, employers, and the community. She is also the co-founder of the Rural Entrepreneurs' Program, which provides entrepreneurial programs in rural areas with a focus on sustainability. Britney is a graduate of the Founder Gym accelerator program and a Google for Startups partner.
