Brigidann Cooper MBA is a seasoned research administrator with a wealth of experience in overseeing grants and contracts in both large and small businesses, as well as institutions of higher learning and not-for-profits. With a keen eye for detail, Brigidann manages the entire lifecycle of funding from inception to completion. She stays abreast of industry regulations including Uniform Guidance, DFAR/FAR, PHS, DHS, DoE, DoD, Good Clinical Practice, and more. Her expertise extends to managing various types of agreements, including industry clinical trial budgets.
Brigidann is actively engaged in the industry as a volunteer and presenter for NCURA, and serves as a mentor for the LEAD Me Program. She is a strong advocate for emotional intelligence and organizational leadership within the research administration sector, helping to bridge gaps between different levels of investigators. Brigidann holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing, both from Mount Saint Mary's University. Her professional experience includes roles at The Lundquist Institute for Biomedical Innovation at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, University of Southern California, University of San Francisco, and Mount Saint Mary's University.
