I joined Collibra shortly before the pandemic and helped lead a global team of ~700 employees through that change using new ways to communicate. 
- Direct global employee communications programs: pandemic response plan, narrative around social justice, and the employee-facing digital experience of our annual customer conference. 
- Set executive communications strategies and narratives for key members of our C-suite, including the CEO, Chief People Officer and Chief Product Officer. 
- Implement, drive and measure adoption of the company’s first intranet platform, where we’ve seen a 100% increase in adoption over the past 6 months with ~50% of the organization experiencing content each day.

As the head of Employee and Executive Communications for start-up gone public, Eventbrite, I led a tiny team as we strategized, advised, and created communications that were authentic to our unique culture. My most notable contribution was creating and executing a highly-engaging communications strategy leading up to the company’s IPO in September 2018. It was described by bankers, external legal and comms counsel as “the new standard for communicating to employees through an IPO.”

Communications Strategist

As part of a very lean executive communications team, I created and executed the communication strategy for Meg Whitman, President & Chief Executive Officer, as well as the Chief Customer Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer. I was also a key member of the Separation Management Office, which coordinated and executed the largest corporate separation in
business history.

Executive Communications Manager, Office of the CEO

- Create and implement global internal communications plan for full HP Financial Services organization, including 1200 employees located in more than 40 countries.
- Manage internal executive communications activities for HPFS CEO and President and Managing Director of the Americas region, as well as provide communications support for Chief HR Officer, CFO, VP of Global Sales & Marketing, and interim assistance for Managing Director of Asia Pacific & Japan.
- Lead engagement and communications plan for Americas Sales organization.
- Enhance HPFS visibility in global HP internal activities, such as Sales Kickoff events, HP's Intranet portal and publication, and HP CEO all-hands meetings and communications.
- Co-lead with HPFS CEO and Chief HR officer the business unit's global philanthropy implementation project, including initial outreach, non-profit partner identification, launch and engagement plan, organizational benchmarking activities and communications.

Global Internal and Americas Sales Communications Manager

- Developed communication strategies, and subsequent communications, to inform employees about Moody’s benefits programs, the upgrade of all employees’ computers to new operating systems, changes in business practices as a result of changes in U.S. and E.U. regulations and other company-wide initiatives.
- Created and managed internal communications plan for two acquisitions.
- Serve as the editor of Moody’s Intranet: manage editorial calendar, re-launched employee profiles recognition program and the company’s virtual editorial board, write nearly all of the contest published.
- Responsible for the company’s “Ask Management” tool in which employees submit questions, anonymously if they choose, and receive answers from senior managers, which are posted on the Intranet. 
- Created bi-weekly e-newsletter to push news to employees and increase traffic on the Intranet.
- Assist in planning site- and company-wide employee events, including media parties, employee appreciation events, and regional and global Town Hall meetings.
- Manage the writing and printing of various materials, including the employee calendar, brochures and posters.
- Assist in supervising the workflow of two lower-level employees and an intern.

Moody's

Communications Specialist

- Managed the Intranet website for the Technical Operations and Product Supply (TO&amp;PS) organization.
- Wrote articles for Wyeth’s Intranet website about TO&amp;PS activities.
- Created and implemented internal communication plan for the Process Excellence team. 
- Managed employee communications (e-mails, posters, flyers, etc…) for Collegeville location (~4,000 employees).

Wyeth

- Handled public relations activities for Corporate Contributions programs, including Johnson &amp; Johnson Community Health Care, the partnership with American Heart Association’s Red Dress Campaign, and the Johnson &amp; Johnson/UCLA Health Care Institute, among others.
- Wrote articles for the 2006 and 2007 Johnson &amp; Johnson Corporate Contributions Annual Reports, the “Our Giving” section on www.jnj.com, and the Corporate Contributions Intranet website. 
- Re-developed the company’s internal communication plan for 2008 Corporate Contributions activities
- Assisted with communications and hospitality responsibilities for the Johnson &amp; Johnson sponsorship of the 2008 Olympic Games.
- Completed four-month long rotation with DePuy, Inc. (a Johnson &amp; Johnson operating company): Wrote articles, developed content and managed the four Intranet websites.

Johnson & Johnson

Communications Fellow

- Launched the company’s worldwide, employee-focused, weekly e-newsletter; managed its distribution and wrote approximately four articles per week.
- Managed internal communications for the implementation of the Johnson &amp; Johnson Tobacco-Free Workplace Program, the 2005 and 2006 Credo Survey, and Community Relations activities.
- Controlled public relations activities, including creating press kits and press releases, and pitching trade pubs and main stream media, for key products in the company’s three business units.
