Brie Mazurek

Brie Mazurek is a communications professional with a passion for sustainability, community, and food. She holds a BA in English and Art History from the University of California, Berkeley. Mazurek is currently the Communications Director for CUESA, a nonprofit organization that manages the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market, Jack London Square Farmers Market, and a Mission Community Market. Her expertise includes brand management, nonprofit marketing and communications, digital content strategy, social media, PR/media relations, project management, writing/editing, email marketing, website management, graphic design, and photography. Mazurek has been published in KQED, Grist, AlterNet, Civil Eats, and other publications. Before joining CUESA, she worked as the Communications Manager at WorldLink and as an Editor at Ten Speed Press. Mazurek took on a Farm and Kitchen Apprentice role at Green Gulch Farm/San Francisco Zen Center before delving into her communications career.
