A St. Bernards Healthcare managed facility, Lawrence Health Services provides Lawrence County and surrounding areas with quality healthcare through Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Lawrence Hall Nursing Center, Family Medical Center, Specialty Clinic, Imboden Rural Health Clinic, and Lawrence Memorial Health Foundation.

Areas of responsibility include the Human Resources Department, Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Risk Management and Worker's Compensation.  Also responsible for the long and short-term planning of these areas to ensure regulatory compliance, competitive compensation and benefit programs, current/trend-setting information systems and employee safety. Coordinated and implemented marketing projects including Wendy’s Feed the Teams Program and Wendy’s High School Heisman.  Built and administered Access database to track all marketing activities.
