Bridget Russo is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in brand-building in the fashion, retail, and consumer goods sectors. She has a strong focus on merging her expertise with positive social impact and has collaborated with various start-up and affordable luxury brands.
In 2019, Bridget assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Bloomscape, a direct-to-consumer (DTC) plant home delivery brand, where she played a key role in driving the growth and success of the fastest-growing retail product in recent years. She later served as CMO of CLMBR, a connected fitness start-up in 2021.
Currently, Bridget holds the position of Senior Vice President Marketing at Outbound Hotels, a new outdoor destination lodging concept. Her previous roles include serving as the CMO for Shinola from 2012 to 2017, where she oversaw global marketing and communications for the American design brand.
Passionate about leveraging her work for social impact, Bridget founded Passion Projects Consulting in the early 2000s and collaborated with EDUN, a brand dedicated to poverty reduction in Africa through trade.
Bridget's expertise and accomplishments have been recognized with various awards, such as being named part of the Ad Week Brand Genius Class of 2016. She currently serves as a mentor with Endeavor Detroit.
Education wise, Bridget pursued a BA in Journalism from New York University and a BS in Journalism from Syracuse University.
