Brian Wells is a highly accomplished litigation and intellectual property attorney with an extensive background in serving startups, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies in various industries, including medical devices, software, hardware, smart phones, cable, telecommunications, networks, financial services, and speech recognition. He has a comprehensive understanding of intellectual property law, licensing, and enforcement, and has helped numerous clients generate new revenue streams by developing strategic IP portfolios that align with their business objectives while minimizing their risk for liability.
Brian completed his Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Engineering and Mathematics at Tulane University and earned his Juris Doctor degree at Boston College Law School. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Center) and as a math teacher at Parks Middle School at Teach for America.
