Training and Support Management considered the new manuals so comprehensive that they credited them with lowering technical support queries.- Developed written explanations and diagrams to improve end-users’ understanding of Inventory Management concepts (ad trafficking, sold/unsold inventory, and projections). Reduced the volume of support calls as well as Tech Support’s dependence upon developer expertise for support issues.- Established a process for requesting, tracking, and completing documentation change requests within Real Media’s implementation of Bugzilla, a web-based bug tracker and testing tool. Reduced time to produce updates and provided a searchable, written history of publication changes.
