Brian Wallace is a skilled chocolatier, forager, and social entrepreneur with a passion for nature and sustainability. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He has worked in various positions such as Forager/Mixologist at ForageSF, Director of Special Events at The Seasteading Institute, Director of Field Development at the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), and Naturalist at Santa Cruz County Outdoor Science School. He is also a former UCSC Chapter President at Students for Sensible Drug Policy. Brian is the Founder/Maker/Alchemist at Endorfin Foods, where he channels his love of cacao and ethnobotany into creating delicious, sustainable, and healthy chocolate products. He has several exciting projects in the works that are inspired by his passions and expertise.
