Responsibilities: 
- Managing and leading a team between 6 - 10 reps.
- Running team and 1 on 1 meetings on a daily and weekly basis to help each team member improve.
- Consistently leading team to obtain over 100% of quota.
- Completing ongoing training to help develop reps on product knowledge, sales skills, and competitor overview.
- Helping draft content and collateral for training purposes.
- Attending and providing insight in leadership meetings to discuss improvements on the sales floor.

Responsibilities:
- Establishing our product in strategic key markets while researching new vertices for product placement.
- Identifying, engaging, and consulting local merchants on the benefits of utilizing the Zenreach Platform to increase their bottom line.
- Identifying and researching new business partners across a range of verticals including restaurants, nightlife and fast casual food establishments.
- Developing familiarity with each prospect's business including understanding their current marketing strategies including social media marketing, email marketing, and loyalty campaigns.
