Brian V. Iversen is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cimbria Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on the water economy in North America and the Nordics.1 2 He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of AMI Global, LLC (water tech) and APX10 A/S (wastewater tech), and is a Board Member of Florida Design Drilling, LLC (water industry) and Aganova, S.L. (water tech).2 3 4

Prior to founding Cimbria, Iversen was a Vice President at Riverstone Holdings, a leading private equity firm, where he specialized in renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, and oil and gas services investments.1 2 He has invested and managed nearly $2 billion in equity capital into companies across the Americas and Europe.1

Iversen received his B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, in finance from the University of Central Florida.1 2 He also served as a First Lieutenant in the Royal Danish Army for three years before moving to the United States in 2000.1 2
