Brian Sullivan is a dedicated individual who is committed to positioning Connecticut as a frontrunner in advocating for solar power and energy efficiency financing. With a background in law, public policy analysis, and mathematics, Brian brings a unique blend of skills to his endeavors. He holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from Eastern Connecticut State University. Brian's professional experience spans various roles, including serving as the President at Emerald Consulting, LLC in Connecticut. Previously, he held positions such as Manager of Multifamily Energy Lending and Loan Portfolio and Impact Assessment Manager at Capital For Change, Inc. Brian has also been involved in advocacy and policy work, having served as the Director of Communications at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and as the Director of Policy at the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
