Graduating from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, Brian climbed the ranks from sales to executive positions at prominent professional services and tech firms, eventually becoming an executive at a leading bank-owned tech financing company.

Brian's experience led him to invest in multiple independent operating companies, culminating in the formation of True North Equity Partners, where he acquired controlling interests in diverse industries.

As the CEO of Honour Capital, LLC, Brian focuses on equipment financing, while also leading True North M&A and Sunbelt Business Advisors as chairman and CEO.

In addition, Brian is the Executive Chairman of True North Transportation Holdings, a thriving asset-based transportation company in the upper midwest with over 20 small businesses under its umbrella and revenues exceeding a quarter billion.

Brian's diverse portfolio includes startups, acquisitions, angel investments, and commercial real estate ownership, making him a quintessential self-made entrepreneur.

Outside the business realm, Brian is actively involved with SEARCH Ministries National Board of Trustees and the Uncommon Ministry Fund, reflecting his commitment to community stewardship and leadership development through the Slipka Foundation.
