Brian Ross

Brian Ross is an accomplished entrepreneur and Army officer with more than 18 years of experience in designing, building, operating, maintaining, and financing major infrastructure projects. He has expertise in project financing and funding, making him a valuable asset at every stage of infrastructure development. His background in construction and engineering management sets him apart, as does his leadership in challenging environments around the world.

Brian was named one of ENR's top 20 under 40 in 2019, and he has received numerous accolades for his service in the Army, including a Bronze Star and the title of Engineer Platoon Leader of the year in 2011, where he led over 30 combat engineering missions personally. He is a co-founder of InfraShares and was the owner of Ross Infrastructure Development LLC, where he developed expertise in infrastructure financing, P3's, and alternative finance.

Brian holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering Management from Stanford University and an MBA in Project Finance from UC Berkeley. He also holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Management from Stanford University School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
